- I was in desperate need to get my dress un-wrinkled for a really important meeting and didn't have the time to drop-off the morning of. She steamed it for me on the spot since I literally had 15mins before I had to go in and didn't even charge me for anything. It's not common to see that kind of customer service - planning on bringing my stuff here from now on!
Looks like this place is under new management - doing some renovations starting off with CLEANING the place (it was looking pretty gnarly for a while behind the counter). New owners seem nice and told me they were going start some customer rewards program and have a late night pick-up night.
Got my clothes back on time and great quality - hopefully new owners = good changes.
I have been going here for over 2 years and have never had a single complaint. Super friendly and reasonable prices.
